Wainscoting near Varina!

Crown Molding Guy RVA Wainscoting iron balusters, virginia, wainscot

Took a trip down 895 to see a homeowner about revamping her foyer entry way. Here is the before picture :

I haven’t done a whole lot in this picture. My miter saw is parked right outside the front door. I’ve laid some ramboard down to protect the floors and brought in all the tools I need for the job. I never lay a tool directly on your floor. And always clean up.

After wainscoting on stairs. — After we installed wainscoting and iron balusters.

Pictured above: I have installed the wainscoting and the balusters. The job took two days. I didn’t cost a fortune! Call me today (804)591-9869 for a free no obligation estimate. I will ask you to email me pictures of the space. I will ask for your address with zip code so you can get an idea of the cost.

The Finishing Company is based in Richmond Virginia and professional trim carpentry service at an affordable cost.

Thanks!

This company is amazing! I wish that I could provide a 10 star rating! I hired this company to install a new staircase railing for the downstairs and upstairs. I could not be happier with the quality and craftsmanship provided. The attention to detail was far beyond any other repair work I have contracted in a long time. The stair railing is by far superior and stable compared to the original. The time and attention he provided truly made this an attractive center piece to our home. He was wonderful in keeping us informed on adjustments along the way so that we were part of the process. This is truly a remarkable company with a master craftsman. Do not hesitate to call and experience a very rare opportunity to see a master carpenter at work for you.

Brian replaced over 100 builder grade balusters with these. He was very professional from the beginning to the end. He answered all questions promptly and wasn’t put off that I was asking them. Brian traveled daily from Richmond to Manassas (quite a trek) and each day he left the job site as clean or cleaner than he found it. His work speaks for itself. I highly recommend The Finishing Company.

I searched for about 4 months trying to find a company that I thought would be reasonable in cost and one that would answer all of my questions (and I always have a lot!). Brian was awesome before he even started the work. I had so many questions and he was very responsive and then the end result!!!!! I am so happy with the work and the time he took to cut and install each piece was impressive. I suffer from anxiety when the house isn't clean. I actually can't wait until contractors leave so I can get it back to "my normal", but Brian cleaned up better than any contractor that I have ever dealt with. I was able to focus on the craftsmanship and beauty of my project after he left instead of focusing on cleaning (I know that sounds crazy, but it's true). I am so satisfied and I still look at it everyday as if it were the first day. I would recommend this company before any other in the DC Metro area. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Brian did an excellent job replacing my wooden balusters with wrought iron on my stairs. He even reinforced a stair post that had been wobbly for the last couple years. He left the area probably cleaner than it was when he arrived and a few times he cleaned as he went. Brian was very professional and polite. I live in Woodbridge so I was quite pleased to have such a great quality trim carpenter willing to travel. You really need to check out his Facebook page and website to see all the projects you could have him do in your home.

Great craftsmanship! We didn't want to take on the cost of refinishing our floors but wanted to upgrade the look of the space. Brian did not disappoint. We're so happy with the choice to upgrade from the building-grade baulsters. Job well done! (*Minus a star because there were a few scuffs left on the floor due to the heavy equipment.)

Brian and his brother came in and did chair rail and shadow boxing in her foyer and stairs. They were fast, efficient and didn't cut any corners (no pun intended). I'm very pleased with the outcome, so much so that he's coming back to do crown molding in our whole downstairs. If you need a carpenter locally (we are in Midlothian) look no further than The Finishing Company. You can't go wrong.
